Professional Witnesses was a project that began because a man was falsely charged with three crimes by the Ringwood, NJ Police department. It was named Professional Witnesses because the man was told by one lawyer that he did not have much of a chance of winning against approximately SIX police officers from Ringwood, and one from Fort Lee. He said the police are Professional Witnesses.
